Walk to Relieve Stress and Gain Inspiration

“Walk to Relieve Stress and Gain Inspiration” by Joan Y. Edwards

Walking will help cheer you up. It creates endorphins – happy cells in your body. It helps set your metabolism going faster which helps your body keep your sugar regulated and helps you lose unwanted and unneeded fat. It helps you handle stress better. If you are a writer, you’ll get new ideas for stories and figure out how to solve the problem in one of your novels, if you take a walk. If you would like to walk and tell me what you find on your walk, that would be totally cool.

Do something good for yourself today. Walk…Sing…Laugh…Walk.

  1. Joan,

I enjoyed your debut walk recording. I’d like to suggest the name “Russell” after the rustle of the tree leaves or perhaps, “Cricket.” If you prefer there’s “Buzz,” like the lights. You may find another if you listen carefully. Thanks for sharing.

    • Dear Linda, Thanks for writing. I like your name choices. Hmm. I’m glad the WMA file worked. I found software that will change WMA files to MP3 file format. If I put it in that format, people can download to their IPODs or MP3 players. Look for the surprise gift God has for you today.
